FBM is recruiting! meet us on 23rd March
19/03/2009
Friends of Brixton Market are meeting on Monday 23rd March to increase our pool of people who are prepared to stick their oar in and help out on a fairly regular basis.
We're still a very new and small organisation and there's plenty of room for more people to mould FBM's direction, as a regular volunteer attending monthly meetings and having some email and phone contact in between. We have many exciting projects on the go. We need people who can organise, who can talk to other people, write, advise, muck in with the rest of us.
This is also a very important time for the market. There are many threats and opportunities facing it now. It needs protecting, but it also needs vision and organisation.
If you love Brixton Market, don't let the opportunity to help slip by!
Venue: Saint Vincent's Hall, Talma Road, SW2
