Pope's Road Car park closure: Sign the Petition!
29/01/2010
Pope's Road Car Park was closed before christmas after a survey found it was dangerous. The proposed works have no scheduled finish date and there is no replacement parking. This is a disaster for Brixton Market. Whatever you may think about car use in the long term, Brixton market is dependent on customers who come and do a week's shopping by car.
The petition is at Clive's Fruit and Veg stall at the Pope's Road entrance to Granville Arcade (aka Brixton Village) and in the Community Shop inside the arcade.
